Description
พลอยแต่งงานกับนัทมา 3 ปี ก่อนจะพบว่าผู้เป็นสามีหลงใหลเมย์ที่เป็นพี่สะใภ้ และใช้เธอเป็นเพียงเครื่องมือเท่านั้น เธอจึงวางแผนหย่า ทวงคืนทรัพย์สินทุกอย่าง และกลับมาสานต่อเส้นทางแพทย์แผนจีนของตัวเองอีกครั้ง เมื่อเมย์ออกมาท้าทาย เธอก็รับมือด้วยความสงบนิ่งและโต้กลับอย่างเฉียบคม จนอีกฝ่ายสูญเสียอำนาจทีละนิด ด้านพี่ชายที่อุปการะมาอย่างเก้า ก็คอยปกป้องเธอเสมอ และช่วยให้เธอเปิดโปงแผนการสลับยาอันชั่วร้ายของเมย์ จนต้องรับโทษตามกฎหมาย นัทเพิ่งมารู้ความจริงทีหลังว่าคนที่ช่วยชีวิตเขาในวันนั้นคือพลอย ไม่ใช่เมย์ แต่ทุกอย่างก็สายเกินไปแล้ว พลอยกับเก้าคลี่คลายใจที่เคยขัดแย้งกัน เพราะแท้จริงแล้ว เขาหนีจากเธอเพราะรักมากจนไม่กล้าเผชิญหน้า สุดท้ายทั้งคู่จึงตัดสินใจแต่งงานกันแบบสายฟ้าแลบ ยาใหม่รักษามะเร็งที่พลอยพัฒนาสำเร็จ ทำให้หน้าที่การงานของเธอพุ่งทะยาน ชีวิตเริ่มต้นใหม่อย่างสวยงามและเจิดจ้า ขณะที่นัทสูญเสียทั้งคนรักและทรัพย์สิน กลายเป็นผู้แพ้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ
