Description
Su Chen był zwykłym dostawcą jedzenia. Został potrącony przez prezes grupy Xiao – Xiao Wan’er. W wyniku wypadku przypadkowo obudził w sobie nadnaturalną zdolność: potrafi widzieć nad głowami ludzi licznik pokazujący pozostały im czas życia. Su Chen przewiduje, że Xiao Wan’er spotka krwawy wypadek, ale ona mu nie wierzy. Kiedy Su Chen dostarcza jedzenie do hotelu, odkrywa, że jego żona Yang Shanshan zdradza go z kochankiem Chen Longiem. Zostaje przez nich poniżony i wyśmiany. W tym momencie pojawia się Xiao Wan’er – okazuje się, że przepowiednia Su Chena się spełniła, a on pomaga jej uniknąć tragedii. Później Su Chen publicznie upokarza Yang Shanshan i Chena Longa; zajmuje się oceną skarbów (antyków i klejnotów), uprawia hazard na bryłach jadeitu, jego majątek rośnie, a on sam romansuje z wieloma kobietami.
