Description
Hailey Kaplan, eine reiche Teenagerin, beschließt, ihre wahre Identität zu verbergen, als sie auf die staatliche Schule Western High wechselt. Doch ihr Plan gerät außer Kontrolle, als Candice Mathis, die Tochter der Haushälterin der Familie Kaplan, an der Schule auftaucht und sich als Kaplan-Erbin ausgibt. Candice steigt schnell an die Spitze der sozialen Hierarchie, während Hailey am unteren Ende landet und Mobbing und Spott ausgesetzt ist.
