Description
Chef Leon Kennedy, einst der „König des Kochens“, zerbrach nach dem tragischen Tod seiner Frau bei einem Autounfall. In tiefer Depression stürzte er in Obdachlosigkeit und verlor alles – außer seinem geliebten Hund Dante. Ein Restaurantbesitzer nimmt ihn auf, ohne zu wissen, wer er wirklich ist, und gibt ihm Arbeit. In der Küche muss Leon die Demütigungen des stellvertretenden Küchenchefs Bryant ertragen, der ihn ständig herabwürdigt. Doch als der skrupellose Geschäftsmann William das Restaurant bedroht, muss Leon seine legendären Kochkünste wieder zum Leben erwecken. Sein kurzer Triumph wird jedoch zerstört, als Bryant ihn verleumdet und William aus Rachsucht seinen Hund tötet. Von Schmerz und Wut getrieben greift Leon erneut zum Küchenmesser – diesmal hungrig nach Rache.
