Description
Después del fallecimiento de su hermana debido a la pertida de la cobertura del seguro médico, Matteo Leone, un hombre destrozado, toma la justicia por sus propias manos asesinando al director general de la compañía de seguros. No busca solo venganza, tiene un objetivo mayor: desenmascarar a las compañías de seguros de salud corruptas que se aprovechan de sus clientes más vulnerables. Matteo logra mantenerse siempre un paso por delante de la policía, dejando un rastro de pistas para transmitir su mensaje, y pronto se convierte en un héroe para el pueblo al que los malvados empresarios pensaron que podían silenciar.
